Order Processing Time

Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking number to monitor their shipment.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We understand that some wear on the item is inevitable, but items which have been clearly heavily used will not be eligible for refunds.

If approved note that we will only refund the cost of the item, not shipping. You will not be refunded for the original costs to ship the item to you and you are responsible to pay the cost of shipping the item back to us.
